1. Eligibility for Rewards

Referrers will become eligible for rewards only upon the successful completion of a referral. A successful referral is defined as a referral that results in a confirmed purchase or engagement with Change Frontier (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

2. Referral Reward Restrictions for Partner Firm Employees

Employees of our existing partner firms who participate in the referral program are eligible to choose referral rewards; however, these rewards must be shared exclusively with other employees of their respective companies. Exceptions to this rule may be made if the partner firm explicitly allows its employees to share rewards outside the company. Documentation of such permission must be provided to the Company for verification.

3. Definition of a Successful Referral

A successful referral is deemed valid when the referred individual or entity completes a purchase or initiates an engagement with the Company within the timeframe specified during the referral process.

4. Reward Distribution via Random Draw

Rewards for successful referrals will be determined through a random draw. All eligible referrers will be automatically entered into the draw upon the successful completion of a referral. The timing and method of reward distribution will be communicated to referrers upon the successful completion of the referral process.

5. Final Decision Authority

The Company retains the sole discretion to make final determinations in the event of disputes, disagreements, or uncertainties concerning the referral program, rewards, or the validity of referrals.

6. Program Integrity

The Company is committed to upholding the integrity and fairness of the referral program. Any fraudulent or deceptive activities aimed at exploiting the program will result in disqualification from receiving rewards and may lead to further action as deemed appropriate by the Company.

7. Program Modifications

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its discretion, without prior notice. Any alterations to the program will be communicated to participants through official channels.

8. Communication of Rewards

Details regarding the nature, value, and eligibility criteria for rewards will be communicated to referrers in advance. The Company reserves the right to modify reward offerings at its discretion.

9. Reward Redemption

Referrers who qualify for rewards will be notified by the Company and provided with instructions for redeeming their rewards. Rewards must be claimed within the stipulated timeframe to remain valid.

10. Participant Conduct

Referrers are expected to engage in ethical and responsible behavior when participating in the referral program. Any conduct that is deemed inappropriate may result in disqualification from the program.

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Company will handle all personal information provided by participants in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Referrers are responsible for obtaining consent from their referrals for the sharing of their contact information.

12. Program Duration

The referral program will remain in effect until further notice from the Company. The Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the program at its discretion.

13. Identity Verification and Fraud Awareness

Recipients are reminded that they are not obligated to pay any money to the Company in order to enjoy the rewards offered through the referral program. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify the identity of any individual claiming to be an employee of the Company or representative before engaging in any transactions or providing personal information.

14. Fraud Disclaimer

The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by recipients due to fraudulent activities, including but not limited to impersonation of company employees, phishing attempts, or other forms of deceit. Recipients are advised to exercise caution, verify the authenticity of communications, and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities and to Change Frontier immediately.

15. Agreement to Abide by Policy

By participating in the referral program, participants agree to abide by this policy in its entirety. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein.
